Maine Lodging

From the moment you walk into one of our Cabins, you’ll immediately notice the attention to detail that sets us apart. Our goal is to surround you in a clean and comfortable traditional Maine setting while providing you with all the comforts you don’t want to leave behind. All of our lodging options include pillow-top mattresses, radiant floor heat in the bathrooms, flat screen TV with internet access, and WIFI throughout the property. In addition, our cabins and Mini-Lodge all have propane fireplaces, a gas grill, and full modern kitchens. We believe that you shouldn’t have to “rough it” to enjoy the Maine experience.

During the Spring/Summer 2025, we will be offering our Lakefront Cabins for seasonal rental.  Rental runs from May 29, 2025 – September 1, 2025.  Rates:

Cabin 1 – Small 1 Bedroom Cabin – 1 King bed – Sleeps 2 – $5,500.00

Cabin 2 – Larger 1 Bedroom Cabin – 1 King Bed – Sleeps 2 – $6,500,00

Cabins 3 & 4 – Two Bedroom Cabin – 1 King Bed – 1 set Bunk Beds (2 twin beds) – Sleeps 4 – $7,500.00

Cabins 5 & 6 – Two Bedroom + Sofa Bed – 1 King Bed – 1 Queen Bed – 1 Double Sofa Bed – Sleeps 6 – $8,500.00

Rates include direct lakefront views, utilities, WiFi, full kitchen with dishes, silverware, basic pots & pans, propane grill on porch, 2 onsite firepits, and available kayaks and canoes.  Guests must supply their own linens, towels, bathroom amenities and paper products.   For more information, please contact us at info@lakeparlinlodge.com or 207-668-9060.

LAKESIDE CABINS

We have six Maine cabin rentals tucked in along the shore of Lake Parlin. Our 2 one-bedroom cabins each have a King bed in the bedroom and sleep up to two people. We have two 2-bedroom cabins which feature one bedroom with a King bed, plus a bunk room which has a set of bunk beds. These Cabins will sleep up to 4 people. Our largest Cabins, two bedrooms + sofa bed, have one bedroom with a King bed and one with a Queen bed, plus a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. These Cabins will sleep up to 6 people, and one is fully handicapped accessible. All of our Cabins include full kitchens, living areas with propane fireplaces and flat screen televisions with DirecTV satellite television. LODGE ROOMS

In our main Lodge, we have four comfortably appointed Lodge Rooms which sleep between 3-5 people. Two of these rooms have a King Bed and two of them have 2 Queen Beds. Each room also includes a loft with a single futon mattress. We ask that you bring your own bedding if you will be using the loft. A sleeping bag works great. All of our Lodge rooms also include a private bathroom with radiant floor heat and DirecTV satellite television. MINI-LODGE

Our Mini-Lodge is located on the west side of Route 201 and is perfect for large groups. The Mini-Lodge has five bedrooms and five bathrooms and will sleep up to 10 people. There is one bedroom with a King bed, three bedrooms which each have a Queen bed, and one bedroom that has a set of twin bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. You will also find a large kitchen and living room complete with propane fireplace and flat screen TV with DirecTV satellite television. Downstairs, there is a mud room with plenty of hooks to hang your gear, and a full-sized washer and dryer.
